Request for Proposals

The Center announces the release of its 2008-2009 Request for Pre-Proposals. The deadline for submission of the 2-page pre-proposals is Friday, February 8, 2008.

The Center seeks proposals for research projects that address its Mission and Vision. Proposals should also complement the recommendations made in Maryland's Statewide Plan for Agricultural Policy and Resource Management and the Strategic Forest Resource Plan-Ensuring a Sustainable Forest Future, as well as the Chesapeake Bay Commission's report Biofuels and the Bay.

Subject to availability, the Center anticipates devoting a total of $500,000 in new money to support projects of all sizes and time frames up to three years.
